Very quiet part of Melbourne Beach. House is located just under four miles north of Sebastian Beach Inlet.
Guest Access
The pool area and pool bathroom, dock, and beach access is for use of all guests staying at the Oasis. The upper porch area is reserved for those who have reserved the upper unit. Storage closets for each unit are located underneath the deck on pool level. Your house code is the same code for the closet.

Paved sidewalk runs the length of A1A, great for walking, running, biking, etc. Great restaurants as well as a Publix well within driving distance.
